We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) with purchases of $149 or less (excluding taxes and based on your local currency), at a fixed rate of $15.00 (based on your local currency) for North American orders. We offer expedited shipping (1-3 business days) at a fixed rate of $25 (based on your local currency). Delivery delays are estimated and do not include order processing time (1-2 business days).

We offer international shipping (5-7 business days) at a fixed rate of $75 (based on your local currency). Delivery delays are estimated and do not include order processing time (1-2 business days).

To support smooth, timely delivery, pleasure ensure that your shipping address is secure. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we are unable to replace packages that are lost or stolen.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are only shipped during business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed before 12:00 P.M. ET will be processed the same business day. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Tracking your order:

We accept returns for products purchased from nannettedegaspe.com only.

All returns are inspected upon receipt of product.

Products purchased from nannettedegaspe.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from date of delivery, and in their original packaging whenever possible.

Additionally, any free promotional item(s) must also be returned with the product(s) purchased.

Nannettedegaspe.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements.

Please note that any shipping fees incurred on the original purchase are not refundable.

Return Request Procedure

Should you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at customerservice@nannettedegaspe.com within 30 days from your date of delivery, and include the following details:

• Your full name
• Purchase date
• Order number
• Product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

Upon receipt of your return request, we will respond via email within five (5) business days. Once authorized, we will provide return address details.

To ensure your return reaches us securely and in good condition, we recommend dispatching your items using a trackable courier service and repacking them in the original packaging whenever possible. We can only process returns for products received in an undamaged condition. Please note, if your return does not arrive, we will not be unable to process your refund or exchange.

For items returned within our return policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment and in the currency of purchase within 5-7 business days. An email confirmation of your credited funds will be sent automatically once a refund has been processed.
