When will my order ship?
We understand that you're excited to receive your new skincare products. Here's what you can expect regarding the shipping of your order:
Processing Time: Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to prepare your products for shipment. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time: The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. All orders will receive an order confirmation email upon placement. You will receive a subsequent email containing your tracking information once the order is being prepared to ship.
Estimated Delivery: Delivery times may vary, but our goal is to get your skincare products to you as quickly as possible. For all shipping status inquiries, please contact the designated carrier by citing the tracking information provided. NANNETTE de GASPÉ is not responsible for tracking and monitoring the status of shipments.
Domestic Orders (United States & Canada): The typical domestic order will take 5-10 business days to arrive (excluding order processing time).
International Orders: If you have made arrangements for a direct shipment through our customer service team, the typical international order will take 5-10 business days to arrive (excluding order processing time and customs clearance).
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free North America wide shipping with purchases of $150 or more (excluding taxes and based on your local currency). Delivery delays are estimated (5-10 business days) and do not include order processing time (1-2 business days).
We offer standard shipping (5-10 business days) with purchases of $149 or less (excluding taxes and based on your local currency), at a fixed rate of $15 (based on your local currency) for North American orders. Delivery delays are estimated and do not include order processing time (1-2 business days).
We offer expedited shipping (1-3 business days) at a fixed rate of $25 (based on your local currency). Delivery delays are estimated and do not include order processing time (1-2 business days).
If you have made arrangements for a direct shipment through our customer service team, we provide international shipping (5-10 business days) at fixed rate of $75 (based on your local currency). Delivery delays are estimated and do not include order processing time (1-2 business days).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are only shipped during business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed before 12:00 P.M. ET will be processed the same business day. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

What about duties and taxes?
Duties & Taxes
For U.S. orders, no duties apply, however, applicable state taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.
For Canadian orders, no duties apply, however, applicable provincial and federal taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.
For International orders, additional customs duties, and/or import taxes are at the customer's expense and may be charged upon arrival, depending on the destination country's regulations.
My shipping address is incorrect, can I change it?
In the event that an order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address details provided by the client, the client will be liable for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. This policy aims to address instances where orders are returned due to incomplete information and/or incurring extra shipping costs for reshipment.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided on the order, please contact customerservice@nannettedegaspe.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will gladly update the shipping information provided.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
Return Policy:
We accept returns for products purchased from nannettedegaspe.com only. All returns are inspected upon receipt of product. Products purchased from nannettedegaspe.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from date of delivery, and in their original packaging whenever possible.
Additionally, any free promotional item(s) must also be returned with the product(s) purchased.
Nannettedegaspe.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements.
For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment and in the currency of purchase.
Please note that any shipping fees incurred in order to return products and/or on the original purchase of these products are at the expense of the customer and are not refundable.
How long does it take to process a return?
We understand that you may want a prompt resolution to your return. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to process a return once it has been received. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
How do I initiate a return?
We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing. To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer support team at customerservice@nannettedegaspe.com within 30 business days from your date of delivery, and include the following details:

- Purchase date

- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Upon receipt of your return request, we will respond via email within five (5) business days. Once authorized, we will provide you with additional processing information.
Please note that any shipping fees incurred in order to return products and/or on the original purchase of these products are at the expense of the customer and are not refundable.
To ensure your return reaches us securely and in good condition, we recommend dispatching your items using a trackable courier service and repacking them in the original packaging whenever possible. We can only process returns for products received in an undamaged condition. Please note, if your return does not arrive, we will not be unable to process your refund.

While we prefer that items are returned in their original packaging, we understand that circumstances may vary. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your specific situation.

Yes! Our products are made with upwards of 95% natural ingredients.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
Our BMV™ technology allows for ingredients to penetrate more deeply into the skin, thus minimizing ingredient residue left to sit on the skin’s surface. This, in turn, limits the skin’s sensitivity to the product as there is nothing left on the surface to cause irritation. |
That said, everyone’s skin is different, so we always recommend doing a patch test to ensure that you have no sensitivity to any cosmetic products.
